Local deliveries are completed on Saturdays between 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM (CST).

Orders must be placed by Wednesday at 11:59 PM to qualify for that week’s delivery.

Please ensure your delivery address falls within our listed service areas at checkout.

Pre-order items require additional processing time of 4–6 weeks before shipping.

Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items may be shipped together, unless otherwise noted.

While we do not offer refunds on personal care items, we are happy to review your concern and work with you to find an appropriate resolution when applicable.
