Shipping Policy - the basics

Processing Time

All products are handmade and prepared in small batches. Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days after payment is received. Processing times may be extended during sales, holidays, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping Methods & Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination. We currently ship within the United States.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout. JSTAR Soap Company LLC is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Additional shipping fees may apply if an order must be reshipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and items so we can assist you.

JSTAR Soap Company LLC is not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the shipping carrier once marked as delivered.

Shipping During Warm Weather

Please note that some products may be sensitive to heat. We recommend retrieving packages promptly after delivery. JSTAR Soap Company LLC is not responsible for damage caused by exposure to extreme temperatures after delivery.
