My name is Tina, and for most of my life, my path has been guided by service, faith, and a sense of purpose. I proudly served in the U.S. Army during Desert Shield and Desert Storm, and after my military service, I spent over 23 years in education and counseling. My life was dedicated to supporting others through their challenges, but in that process, I often put my own happiness on the back burner.
JSTAR Soap Company was born from a simple prayer and a personal need. I struggled to find store-bought products that didn't leave my skin dry and uncomfortable. I wanted ingredients I could recognize, pronounce, and trust. What started as a hobby to find my own "spark" quickly turned into a deep determination to get my family away from harsh chemicals forever.
Through the art of soap-making, I discovered a gift I never knew I had. It became a reminder that God can place purpose in our hands when we step out in faith. What began as a personal mission has now grown into a vision to heal all shades and textures of skin—from the wisdom of seniors to the delicateness of babies and even the sensitive needs of our canine companions.

Our Small-Batch Promise
We aren't a big factory. We are a true small-batch company, often hand-pouring just 10 bars at a time to ensure every single one meets the highest standard of quality. Every bar is made with care, intention, and gratitude, inspired by the belief that we are wonderfully made and deserve products that nourish both the body and the spirit.

At JSTAR Soap Company, I hope each product reflects honesty, craftsmanship, and the encouragement to never give up on what God places in your heart.

Jasmine
Creative • Operations

I’m Jasmine, and I work alongside my mom to help bring JSTAR Soap Company to life. I handle the creative direction and operations, drawing from my background in public health and my love for building things with purpose. I’ve always been a creator at heart, and being part of a family-run business has shown me what it means to grow something with care, intention, and faith. Watching this vision unfold has been incredibly grounding and continues to shape how I approach meaningful work.
