At JSTAR Soap Company LLC, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our handmade soaps and skincare products, we have the following policy in place.

Refund Policy - the basics

All Sales Are Final

For sanitary and safety reasons, all purchases made through JSTAR Soap Company LLC are final sales. We do not accept returns or exchanges on soaps, skincare products, or personal care items.

If there is an issue with your order (such as receiving the incorrect item or damage during transit) please contact us via email at info@jstarsoapco.com. While we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on personal care products, we are happy to review your concern and work with you to help find an appropriate resolution when applicable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item

  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will work with you to offer a replacement or appropriate resolution.
 

Allergic Reactions & Sensitivities

We provide full ingredient listings for all products. It is the customer’s responsibility to:

  • Review ingredients before purchasing

  • Perform a patch test before full use

We are not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities. No refunds will be issued for reactions once a product has been used.
 

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.
