We proudly offer local delivery throughout the Greater Killeen area.

• $8 Local Delivery – Available for addresses in Killeen, Harker Heights, and Nolanville.

• $10 Local Delivery – Available for addresses in Belton, Copperas Cove, and Temple.

Local delivery is available only for addresses within our eligible delivery zone. The appropriate delivery option and rate will automatically appear during checkout based on your delivery address.

🗓 Delivery Schedule

Local deliveries are made Saturdays between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM CST.

• Orders must be placed by Wednesday at 11:59 PM CST to qualify for delivery that same Saturday

• Orders placed after Wednesday will be scheduled for the following Saturday

🧼 Preorder & Handmade Timeline

Some products are available as preorders and require additional production time before they are ready for shipment or local delivery. Each item is handcrafted in small batches and must complete a 4–6 week curing and finishing process to ensure the highest quality, performance, and safety.

Once your preorder item has finished curing, please allow an additional 3–7 business days for processing, packaging, and shipment or local delivery. You will receive a shipping confirmation or delivery notification as soon as your order is on its way.

🧾 Sales Tax

All local delivery orders within Texas are subject to applicable Texas sales tax, which is automatically calculated at checkout based on the delivery address.

📌 Important Notes

• Shipping: JSTAR Soap Company LLC currently ships only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

• Local Delivery: Local delivery is available to eligible addresses in Killeen, Harker Heights, Nolanville, Belton, Copperas Cove, and Temple, Texas. Delivery availability and pricing are determined automatically at checkout based on the delivery address provided.

• Delivery Scheduling: Customers will receive a notification when their local delivery has been scheduled.

• Receiving Your Order: While it is strongly recommended that someone be available to receive the order, it is not required. If no one is available, the order may be left in a safe location at the delivery address at the driver's discretion.

• Heat-Sensitive Products: Many of our handcrafted products—including lotions, body butters, balms, and other natural skincare items—may soften or melt when exposed to high temperatures or direct sunlight. To help preserve product quality, we recommend retrieving your order as soon as possible after delivery.

• Proof of Delivery: A photograph of the delivered package may be taken as proof of delivery. By selecting local delivery, customers authorize JSTAR Soap Company LLC to leave the package at the delivery address when a recipient is unavailable, unless alternate delivery instructions have been provided.

• Accurate Delivery Information: Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. JSTAR Soap Company LLC is not responsible for delays or additional delivery fees resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

• Delivery Attempts: If delivery cannot be completed due to an inaccessible location, unsafe conditions, or an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange another delivery. Additional delivery fees may apply.

• Delivery Hours: Local deliveries are made during our scheduled delivery window. Specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

• Order Inspection: Please inspect your order promptly upon delivery. If your package arrives damaged or if items are missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@jstarsoapco.com and include photographs of the package and products so we can assist you.
