🚚 Local Delivery Policy

Local delivery is available within 15 miles of Killeen, Texas for a flat rate of $10.
Eligibility is determined by the delivery address entered at checkout. When the address falls within our local delivery radius, the option will automatically appear during checkout.

📍 Delivery Area & Pricing

• Local delivery is offered within 15 miles of our fulfillment location in Killeen, TX
• Flat Rate: $10 per order
• The option will display at checkout only when the delivery address qualifies

🗓 Delivery Schedule

Local deliveries are made Saturdays between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM CST.

• Orders must be placed by Wednesday at 11:59 PM CST to qualify for delivery that same Saturday
• Orders placed after Wednesday will be scheduled for the following Saturday

🧼 Preorder & Handmade Timeline

Some items are offered as preorder and require additional production time before delivery can be scheduled. These products are carefully crafted and complete a full finishing process to ensure quality and safety. Please allow 4–6 weeks from the date of purchase before local delivery is arranged for preorder items.

🧾 Sales Tax

All local delivery orders within Texas are subject to applicable Texas sales tax, which is automatically calculated at checkout based on the delivery address.

• Local delivery is available for U.S. domestic orders only

• Availability is determined by the customer’s delivery address

• Customers will receive confirmation once delivery is scheduled

• Someone must be available to receive the order at the provided address
