If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us via email at info@jstarsoapco.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. While we do not offer refunds on personal care items, we are happy to review your concern and work with you to find an appropriate resolution when applicable.
